the HA and TE can be opposites, too (ie. HA would be white, TE would be black and upside down)

I like the improvement, from something minimal to a complex yet still minimal in colour. Actually, we do accept black&white wallpaper, especially if you put good effort in it.

The new fontage looks cool, kinda suitable for the grungey style. My only complaint on the font is that, the blurry shadow below it looks odd, and the drop shadow kinda messed the flat-looking concept. Talk about concept, what actually your concept in this wall? How about the style you want to put? Grunge or minimalistic? The addition of the brushes and rope thing aren't good if you wanna stay with minimalistic effect like in your first. If you wanna go with grungey look, I'd say add some textures, and hopefully the brush-work isn't too random.
